In addition to transferring assets in probate, we will also assist in transferring assets at the time of death that are governed by beneficiary designations or are co-owned between joint tenants , as survivorship marital property or otherwise by operation of law;

Trust Administration involving the transfer of trust assets at death in accordance with the terms and provisions of revocable and irrevocable trust agreements;

Business Entities Formation and Representation including, without limitation, selecting the most effective and tax favored limited liability entity to accomplish your objectives, formation of the selected limited liability entity, drafting operating, shareholder, partnership and other agreements which succinctly address the relationship between the principals, all business points and other matters pertinent to those relationships, advising of the formalities requisite to each form of limited liability entity and representing the entity in third party matters;

Creditor Rights involving the representation of clients intrested in to collecting consumer and commercial debts;

Commercial Litigation representing commercial entities as either plaintiff or defendant relative to obligations which arise in commercial transactions.
